An Innovative approach to Project Portfolio Management

Simplicity has this back-end infrastructure in the cloud providing capabilities that are more complex and more advanced and just more sophisticated that does not mean that we actually have to get more complex in the user experience. We must provide a user experience that’s simpler so that people can be participatory on an effective fashion and not be intimidated by the solutions that they work with. You would have to eliminate inefficiencies and disconnects within our organizations by means of having an innovative approach.

7. Software alone isn’t enough 
Work is managed by parallel processes. There is multiple entry point of work that is associated. There are also departmental silos enforcing their own processes and priority but whatever it may be, it always heads towards the organizations goal. 

A unified portfolio for having a project and work management is essential. There is the what we call “Project Connect”. With project connect, it is now easier to connect the information you care about in one place and make faster and better-informed decisions. 

Today, more people need and expect data to be analyzed automatically and presented back to them in a concise visual presentation. This is where Data Visualization come in to place.
